Before watching the Video below it is important to know; the bank cheque was made out to Nova Juristic account for 400,000 baht for annual fees. It was lodged in the Juristic account. Shortly after it was lodged 445,000 baht was withdrawn from the Nova Juristic account? I suspect the extra 45,000 THB would have been the first year annual fees for the two properties which were already paid, B805 and B806. This means I would have no proof I owned any property in Nova Sky or ever paid annual fees or both. Doug Ballard is the one standing in the video and was chairman of the A.G.M. He is the brother of Lon Ballard.
The Corruption Cover up?
I hired a top Thai law firm in Pattaya to check my property deeds to make sure I was still the legal owner of the properties in Nova Sky and Nova Plaza Complex on Soi 16 Wongamat. In Thailand Lawyers call it updating the Chanotes, this includes checking in the Courts for any judgments against my properties. It was a long time before I was able to force an answer from the barrister who took my case. I was told in an email I do own them. With this answer, I have no evidence to bring any lawsuit against anyone. This is major FRAUD and CORRUPTION cover-up.
