Due to recent events I have experienced in Merida Mexico, I can guarantee there will be no out of Court settlement even if I was offered two million euro. The Irish scum have to be brought to Justice. A criminal investigation will commence before the end of July 2024.

Rony Fineman Nova Group And Their Thugs

Law firms and detectives around the world should follow this case because big things are going to happen. I have stated on another page of this website the Nova thugs still have access to my leased property in Merida Mexico. My home was accessed three times whilst I was sleeping. I will clearly state, under no circumstance would I ever commit suicide. This is just in case I'm found dead.

This section is more important than anything else about Rony Fineman.

Some time ago I was contacted by a group who were defrauded out of their Chanote's (deeds) by Nova.

Recently I have contacted some of the group’s members and I asked them if they would like a page on my website showing how they paid all their money for their condo and still did not get their Chanote (deeds) for their property. None of them wanted to. I feel this was because of the consequences they would be subjected to; in other words they were afraid and frightened. God knows what the consequences would be for them, but if it is anything like my consequences it is not good. And the second reason is; I am their last hope for them to have any chance of recouping their loses. When my case finally gets to criminal investigation stage I want this scam that Nova carried out also investigated.

I have briefly outlined below how they were defrauded out of their money by Nova.

Within their Sales Agreement there was a payment plan, with the final percentage payable upon completion, which includes the Chanote (all good so far). A short time before units was finished Nova asked investors to pay the remaining balance early in order to assist cash flow and in return was given a small discount. Many were willing to help as the development was almost complete and what could possibly go wrong!

Well those who refused the offer obtained their Chanote’s upon completion in order for Nova to be paid the last installment. However, those who helped Nova as asked obtained the keys but with no Chanote (deeds) although it was promised it would be forthcoming within 90 days. This never happened and the only way to obtain the Chanote was to pay SCB 15,000 baht per sqm to make the transfer.

This to me was a very sneaky way of obtaining and defrauding condo buyers out of a huge sum of money. Just how much could Mr Fineman make from this? With the condo owners having to pay an extra15,000 per square meter to get their chanote with the average size of each condo being 66 square meter that = 15,000 baht X66sqm = 990,000 baht which is about 27,666 USD that is just for one condo; now multiply that by 80 condo owners that equals 2,213,280.00 USD.

I gave Mr Rony Fineman a chance to respond to this page. It is now April 24th, over fifty days later and not a dickey bird from Mr Fineman. I was expecting him to say it is not true. What a fine man you are.

Shame on you Rony Fineman, but I'm sure you're still going around Pattaya with your head held high.
